How to register on eBesa Wallet?

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Download the eBesa App
   Download the eBesa App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Open the App
   Launch the eBesa App on your device.
3. Register
   Tap on “Register” to begin the process.
4. Follow the Steps (1 to 5)

Step One: Contact Details

• Enter Your Mobile Number.
• Enter Email Address (Optional)
• Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP sent via SMS.
• Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
• Then say NEXT.
• Enter the 6 OTP number from SMS
• Verification Code

Step Two: Personal Details

• Upload a Profile Image (Optional).
• Fill in the following details:
  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Mother’s Name
• Tap “Next” to continue.

Step Three: Address Details

• Enter your Town (Optional).
• Enter your Village (Optional).
• Select your Country.
• Enter your Postal Code (Optional).
• Tap “Next” to proceed.

Step Four: KYC Details

• Upload the required Documents (e.g., National ID, Passport) for verification.
• Alternatively, you can Skip this step and complete it later.
• Tap “Next” to continue.

Step Five: Set Pin

• Create a 4-digit PIN for secure transactions.
• Confirm the PIN by entering it again.
• Tap “Save & Register” to complete the process.

Registration Successful

• A pop-up will appear with the message:
  • Registered Successfully
  • Please Login to continue.
• Tap “OK” and log in to start using your eBesa Wallet.

Additional Notes:

• Ensure your mobile number is active to receive the OTP during registration.
• Keep your 4-digit PIN secure and do not share it with anyone.
• If you skip the KYC step, you may need to complete it later to access all features of the eBesa Wallet.
