Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with their inquiries and issues. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback to improve products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
