Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
 - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related role.
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 - Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Strong time management and organizational skills.
