How to Withdraw Money from Bank to eBesa Wallet?

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to Your eBesa Wallet
   • Open the eBesa App on your device.
   • Enter your 4-digit PIN to log in.
2. Navigate to “Withdraw”
   • On the home screen, tap on “Withdraw” under the Top Services or Available Services section.
3. Select “Withdraw from Bank”
   • Choose the option to “Transfer to my eBesa Wallet”.
   • You will be directed to the withdrawal screen.
4. Enter the Amount
   • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (e.g., $100).
   • Add a remark (optional) to describe the purpose of the transaction (e.g., “food bill”).
5. Select Your Bank Account
   • Under Saved Accounts, select your linked IBS Bank account.
   • If your bank account is not linked, you can add it by following the “Link Bank Account” process.
   • Tap “Transfer Money”.
6. Confirm the Transaction
   • Please Enter PIN to confirm.
7. Processing the Request
   • A confirmation screen will appear, showing the status of your request:
     • Request Sent
     • Processing Your Request
   • You will also see details such as:
     • Service Type: Bank to Wallet
     • Net Payable: The amount you are withdrawing.
     • Service Charge: $0 (if applicable).
     • Taxes: $0 (if applicable).
     • Bank Account: (e.g., IBS Bank 123456789).
     • Bank Name: ABDULLAHI MOHAMED
8. Completion
   • The withdrawn amount will be credited to your eBesa Wallet balance.
   • You can check your updated balance on the home screen or under “Balance”.
