How to Link eBesa Wallet to IBS Bank Account?

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to Your eBesa Wallet
   • Open the eBesa App on your device.
   • Enter your 4-digit PIN to log in.
2. Navigate to “Other Banking Services”
   • On the home screen, tap on “Other Banking Services”.
   • Select “Bank Accounts” from the menu.
3. Add a Bank Account
   • Tap on “Add Bank” to link a new bank account.
   • You will see two options:
     • Link Existing Account: Use this if you already have an IBS Bank account.
     • Open New Account: Use this if you want to open a new IBS Bank account directly from the app.
   • Enter your IBS Bank account details (e.g., account number, branch code).
4. Verify Your Account
   • Confirm your IBS Bank account details.
   • You may need to verify your account via OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number or email.
5. Complete the Linking Process
   • Once verified, your IBS Bank account will be successfully linked to your eBesa Wallet.
   • You will see your linked account displayed (e.g., IBS Bank ****0013).
6. Start Using Linked Services
   You can now use your linked IBS Bank account to:
   • Withdraw money from your bank to your eBesa Wallet.
   • Deposit money from your eBesa Wallet to your IBS Bank account.
   • Perform other banking services seamlessly.
